Located in Cyberjaya within greater Kuala Lumpur, SSP2 covers an area of 1,300 acres. Situated 20 minutes from the fedaral capital of Kuala Lumpur and 10 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, SSP2 is an integrated mixed urban development with high tech industrial, commercial, residential and recreational & leisure components with easy access to the rest of greater Kuala Lumpur via a network of highways.

An international investment destination, SSP2 is expected to generate more than 20,000 jobs. Notable in SSP2 is world leading solar panel manufacturer Q-Cells, headquartered in Germany. Strategic alliances have also been formed with Andaman Realty to build SEGi University College's 7th campus and hostel while it is expected that Al Madinah International University will be setting up in SSP2 soon.
